I offer private and semi-private classes...with a maximum of 5 participants per class.

In order to honor you and your time, all classes will begin promptly and will be an hour in length.  Please arrive 15 minutes, prior to your FIRST CLASS.

Quick tips for

Exercise Class 


Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, to complete a new student information form and waiver.


Items you will need for class: water and if you have your own mat, block and strap, please bring them.  I have extra mats, blocks and straps, if you'd like to borrow one for your first few classes.


Comfortable and snug fitting clothing is best, as many inversions are explored during the class.


Eat a light meal or snack an hour or more before class.


Stay well hydrated, especially after your practice.  Many toxins are released into your system during the practice and will need to find their way out of your body.


Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes and don't apply lotions to the hands or feet prior to class, as they may become slippery as your body warms up.
